We ship all orders using regular airmail and in the event that our customers do not receive their order, we will track the order with the post office and issue a reshipment if item is lost or if there is a shipping mishap.

Firstly, please do contact us immediately. Then we will track the order with our post office. If we find your item is lost during shipment, we will resend the same item to you by the fastest courier DHL, TNT or UPS on our account within 1-2 business days.

You may send the item back to us and we will undertake all related freight. And we will issue a reshipment immediately of the correct products by the fastest courier DHL, TNT or UPS on our account.

You may send the item back to us in original condition within 7 days after your receipt. And please state if you want a replacement of the item or a refund. If replacement, we will resend the same item to you by the fastest courier DHL, TNT or UPS on our account within 1-2 business day. If refund, we will return all your money back inc. shipping postage.
